James Harris, Jr is a motivational speaker, author, college professor, and event organizer. Through his brand called Undefeated Speaker, he produces motivational speech events and workshops that allow his students to use their voice and stories of triumph to make an impact in the lives of others. He executive produced ten speech events and conferences in the San Antonio area.

He is the two-time District 50 Winner of Table Topics Competition and a two-time District 50 Champion for the International Speech Competition. He is a top 8 finalist for the World Championship of Public Speaking. This means he is in the top 8 in the world out of 30,000 competitors in Toastmasters.

He released four motivational spoken word albums, he has a weekly podcast called Ten Years War that just completed its sixth season, and he is a proud member of Toastmasters International.He loves encouraging others through storytelling and wordplay.

He has his Masters in Communication from the University of Texas San Antonio and Bachelors in Communication from the University of the Incarnate Word.
