Through my work in hypnotherapy, past life and between-life regression, and energy healing, I guide individuals on transformative journeys of self-discovery and healing.

As the founder of The Help Each Other Collective and creator of Psychosis to Healer, I aim to support people in reframing mental health challenges, unlocking their gifts, and finding balance. I am passionate about improving mental health care, creating spaces for connection, and helping others align with their purpose.

Outside of teaching and healing, I am an artist who channels past-life and visionary themes into my work, celebrating the beauty of the human spirit. My work is rooted in authenticity, kindness, and the belief that everyone has the power to transform their lives and the world around them.
