The Learning Disability Community of Practice was established in 2013 by a group of people in Kent and Medway, who were concerned with collaborative, coproduced and coordinated care.

The Ultimate Purpose of the Community of Practice is to enable people with learning disabilities to live Healthy, Safe and Fulfilled lives.

All events and activities will be concerned with enabling and empowering health, care and education professionals and allies to work in partnership with people with learning disabilities and their families.
