On The Roof is the bistro on Europe's first and largest roofhouse, in the middle of the center of Rotterdam. 

On The Roof, pure, fresh and tasty food and drinks serves all year round. The menu lists seasonal ingredients, from own garden and from (town) farmers and food makers from the region. Regularly there are additional events or workshops that highlight the green themes in a surprising way.
