Rise & Shine Lab

Rise & Shine Lab was founded by Claire Buswell and Angela Pagonidis, with the central aim of empowering people and organisations to make a positive difference in the world. 

We facilitate co-creation programmes for social change makers, non-profits and social enterprises wanting to create social impact, and believe the best way to do that is by both being and co-creating the change. 

Claire is a purpose & leadership coach, trainer, and communications specialist. She worked for social enterprise, non-profit, and government agencies in Europe and Africa focused on women and children's empowerment for over 10 years before transitioning to the entrepreneurial coach life.

Angela Pagonidis is a trainer, facilitator, communications consultant and social entrepreneur, with over 20 years experience working for various organisations, especially within the (international) non-profit sector and government.
