RocGrowth is a grassroots organization with 3,000 members that empowers the New Rochester. We support the next generation of leaders as Rochester emerges as a progressive and prosperous city. Through showcasing leading innovators and entrepreneurs, we highlight the incredible talent in our community. Our goal is to foster "Creative Collisions" by breaking down barriers and creating opportunities for interpersonal interaction. We promote equity in race, class, gender, and age.
