My name is Romy Paltoglou.

I am a Klangmassage Practitioner and Sound Bath Facilitator based in St Kilda East, Melbourne trained by the Peter Hess Institute.

I create immersive sound experiences, with frequencies that relate to nature and the human body, to soothe and calm the nervous system.

My sound baths apply sound in a therapeutic way, gentle and soothing.

Sound is Medicine.

The Instruments are therapeutic grade certified by the Peter Hess Institute.

The sounds they create are pure and clear and create a deeply relaxing environment leading you into a trance like state where you can connect to yourself.

My gong playing is gentle and guides you into a state of deep relaxation.

The intention of my work is to support your nervous system and lead you into your parasympathetic nervous system state (your rest and digest mode) where self-healing can occur.

I also offer one on one Klangmassage (Sound Massage) treatments.

This incredible methodology was created by Peter Hess who began his research in the 1960's in Nepal, India & Tibet. His technique has been heavily researched and refined over the last 40 plus years.

My Vibro Acoustic sessions include elements of Klangmassage where the therapeutic bowls are gently placed upon your body and played.
