I’m Ruby-Ann, founder of Joyful Body - a trauma-informed, soul-led space rooted in embodied ritual, radical love, and deep listening. As a mother, dance ritualist, and devoted space holder, I honour the ancient lineages that inform this work while creating inclusive spaces where every body and every story is welcomed. I hold space as I hold my daughter; with unwavering trust, reverence, and a deep understanding of the innate wholeness of each individual.
