Sinead Duncan Yoga

Sinead is the yoga teacher for S.O.B.'s (stressed, overwhelmed or beginners). With a very human approach, Sinead uses her skills and expertise in yoga to welcome in complete beginners, those with injuries, or simply those coping with stress and mental health challenges.

With over 10 years experience teaching, over 1000 hours of formal yoga education & training, as well as having practiced yoga since the age of 14 - Sinead is experienced, skilled and adept at meeting a person where they are, and delivering the perfect yoga techniques to support them in their lives as well as their yoga practice.

Come to Sinead's yoga classes if you're a complete beginner, low in confidence for any reason, or simply like the sound of the human and approachable style of yoga delivered.
