The Lotus Club is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in North Texas dedicated to supporting Black women navigating the realities of the workforce — the bias, the burnout, the isolation, and the weight of showing up in rooms that were not built for them.

Founded in 2023, we build intentional spaces (virtual and in-person) where Black women can feel safe, be supported, and heal in community.
