TOMAS (Talent Ontwikkeling Match & Select) is an interactive platform and an offline community that engages the triple helic parties to work together on a more efficient and sustainable talent development in the Metropolitan Region of Amsterdam. TOMAS is the initiative by the Municipality of Amsterdam, StartupAmsterdam, Amsterdam Economic Board, Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and Metropolitan Region Amsterdam.
