True To Myself Yoga
A little about me...I offer soulful, seasonal yoga experiences that blend Yin Yoga, guided meditation, breathwork, and Yoga Nidra to support emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and spiritual connection. Rooted in functional anatomy- meaning anyone, in any body, can practice- Traditional Chinese Medicine, and neuroscience-informed practice, my classes are nurturing spaces to slow down, soften, and return to yourself. Whether on the beach (usually Marske), under the moon, or at the White House in Marske, each event is designed to honour the cycles of nature and the wisdom of your own inner rhythm.
I've been practicing yoga and meditation for over 15 years—not just as a discipline, but as a way of life. These practices are woven into my everyday living, which is why what I share is heartfelt and True to Myself. My offerings come from lived experience, and professional training (find us on Yoga Alliance International).
