Hi! I am Sofia aka Vision Quest.

I am a Greece-born and Netherlands based artist , poet, and holistic practinioner.

In my work, i aim to create spaces where people can connect to themselves, nature and the universe through vibration and inner work.

Being a creative spirit, my sessions often involve guided visualizations, intuitive writing and other formats that develop interoceptive awareness.

I believe in the power of bringing a vision of the future that is rooted in earth-based practices of receiving from and honoring nature.

I frequently offer : sound baths, ceremonies, meditations and spoken word performances.
