Walks to the Pub

Walks to the Pub is a social walking group based in York. We typically have 2 events per month, a Thursday evening and a Saturday afternoon. The Thursday evening walks are generally 2-3 miles and based in York City Centre. The Saturday walks are usually 5-6 miles and will include a lunch break.

All walks end in a pub. The vast majority of people come on their own, it is a very friendly and welcoming group. We also have a thriving Facebook Community https://www.facebook.com/groups/walkstothepub

The group was founded by Matt Kendall. Matt is a highly experienced event host, having previously organised and managed over 500 Meetups, along with a range of other events.
