OPMERKING: Promotions can’t be deleted after being applied to an order. To make promotions unavailable to new attendees, change the date the promotion ends, eblink{hide the ticket=>https://www.eventbrite.com/support/articleredirect?anum=10105} the promotion applies to, or eblink{refund any completed registrations=>https://www.eventbrite.com/support/articleredirect?anum=3399} where the promotion was used and delete it.

1. Go to your Manage page.

Manage Events is located under the account menu which is in the header at the top of page. Click or tap it then select "Manage" on your event.

OPMERKING: If the code has been used, you can't edit it's name or delete it, but you can update it's other settings.

5. Change which tickets the promotional code applies to.

Use the drop-down menu to select "Change ticket selection." Then select the checkbox for each ticket type you want the code to apply to. Make sure to save your changes.

6. Share promotional codes with potential ticket buyers.

Use the drop-down menu to select "View shareable link." OPMERKING: Make sure to remove any online links encoded with the promotional code you deleted. Since the code no longer works, this avoids attendee disappointment. You can delete all the unused codes for just that event or all the unused codes across all the events in your Eventbrite account. Hit "Continue," then select "Delete" to confirm that you want to delete all the codes. Remember—this action can't be reversed or undone.

OPMERKING: Deleting multiple codes can take time, so you may not see the codes deleted immediately after clicking "Delete." You might need to refresh the page in your browser before the codes are removed.
